The summer program, specially accredited by The City & Guilds Institute of London, is designed for 16-18 year olds interested in studying engineering, precision and mathematical sciences - by creating robots based on Arduino schemes they will be able to significantly improve practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

During the two-week program, students will understand the principles of creating and programming robots to perform the most diverse tasks. The basic concepts of construction and design will gradually become more complex - from primitive samples to more and more technically complex structures: the teachers will specifically set before the students non-standard tasks that they will have to solve by creating autonomous mobile robots. Beginning with basic engineering knowledge, students will switch to Arduino system principles and C++ programming skills (they will not need special initial knowledge for the course), they will introduce sound, light, motion, distance and acceleration sensors, teach their robots to find and overcome / avoid obstacles . At the end of the program, the robot of each student must be programmed with a special SD card - final competitions and rather complex tests are arranged.
