The program of training students of the legal direction from the ORA center is a lesson that helps to understand the principles of working in such areas as legislation and law for foreigners aged 16-18. The training course is designed for practical skills: it is the ability to give interviews, write an extensive essay on the chosen topic, get acquainted with the international LNAT exam. The latter is actively used by many law schools - testing helps identify the strongest applicants. One of the most interesting stages of training in this course is a visit to the trial, and the final work is the reproduction of the court in a student setting. The task involves working in groups, where each participant can try different roles.
On the course, young people aged 16-18 will receive basic knowledge related to the field of entrepreneurship. Students will learn the principles of business management, economics and finance, accounting, marketing and not only. In addition to the academic classes on the course, master classes are provided to help children develop leadership and self-presentation skills that are necessary for the development and implementation of potential business ideas. The result of the program will be a business project that students will prepare, working in groups, and then defend before teachers and students of other schools at a special event - a corporate fair.
At the Oxford Summer Course on Leadership, students will receive theoretical and practical knowledge in lectures, discussions, seminars on the challenges facing world leaders today. Students dive immersed in the study of political theory, philosophy, sociology, economics and international relations. At the end of the course, all students will be asked to form their own answers and solutions to the problems being discussed. The program is equally suitable for general development, as well as for continuing education in the field of politics or related areas.
The course is aimed at acquainting young people of 16-18 years with the basics of engineering and giving an idea of how much opportunity there is for studying this direction at the university. The program "Technical Training" is purely practical, allowing not only to expand academic knowledge, but to test your own versions using various methods. The course lasts 2 weeks: in the first half, students learn the basics of technology, applied hydrodynamics and dynamic modeling, and in the second week will engage in a thorough study of design principles.
On this program, foreign and Russian students will study the basics of programming for the subsequent development of applications. Campus St. Catherine's College distinguishes itself from other colleges by the fact that modern materials were used in its construction, although the project itself corresponds to the traditional buildings of Oxford universities. The author of the building project was the famous Danish architect Emil Arne Jacobson. Even the design of furniture, cutlery and lamps for college Catherine's College he developed his own.
