1. Choosing a program
The first step is to find the right program. The easiest way is to use our online catalog, where you can filter by country, language of instruction, or program type — from language courses and boarding schools to bachelor’s and master’s degrees, or summer camps.
In case you would like personal consultation, our specialists will be pleased to help you choose a programme that suits your interests, goals, and academic background.
2. Signing the contract & pre-payment
Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll prepare a service agreement outlining all educational and administrative services. Tuition fees are identical to the school’s official prices — no hidden costs. Additional company services are listed separately in the Services & Prices section. You can make an advance payment by bank transfer, online, or in cash at our office. Full payment details are available in the Payment section.
3. Document processing & program booking
Next, our team handles all paperwork: we’ll complete the application form, send it to the school, and manage your program reservation. Once the institution confirms your admission and sends an official invitation, your booking will be finalized. If the selected course is unavailable, we’ll offer equivalent alternatives that meet your requirements. After your place is confirmed, you’ll proceed with final tuition payment.
4. Visa support
Our specialists provide full visa assistance — from preparing documents to arranging courier delivery to and from the embassy (if personal presence isn’t required). If an interview or biometric data submission is necessary, we’ll schedule it at a convenient time and prepare you for it.
5. Travel arrangements
As an additional service, we help with flight booking and selecting the most appropriate options for your travel dates. Tickets are usually issued after receiving a visa, though in some cases — depending on the country — they can be purchased in advance.
6. Receiving your documents & final preparation
You will receive the full set of documents in our office or by your preferred method of delivery prior to your departure. We also provide emergency contact numbers so you can reach us 24/7 if needed. Our experts will recommend affordable accommodation, local leisure options, and share practical advice to make your stay abroad comfortable and enjoyable.
