OHLA Miami Aventura is a language center, offering English language programs for any purpose: both for yourself and for further admission to English-speaking universities and colleges.

For more than 10 years in a row, the OHLA group of schools has earned the title of the best network of English language institutions in the United States. Its campuses are located in several cities in the state of Florida, offering state-of-the-art facilities for short and long-term stays, educating hundreds of international students annually, covering more than 70 different nationalities and a wide age range.

OHLA Miami Aventura is the newest division of the internationally recognized network, located in the Miami suburb of Aventura. The campus was opened recently, but is already in demand among foreign students who want to get effective development of their language level  and experience of studying abroad in one of the best language schools. Among the students are representatives of Eastern and Western Europe, South and North America, Africa.

The main aspect of educational activities here is an individual approach to each pupil, which is possible thanks to small classes, a sufficient number of qualified teachers and staff. OHLA Miami Aventura, like other schools in the OHLA group, bases its learning process on the development of important skills in six areas: vocabulary, speaking, writing, reading, listening, and grammar. Skills are developed through regular practice and daily use of English both in the classroom and in everyday life.

There are nine ESL language levels in the educational process. Upon admission, students take a test that assesses their existing knowledge and assigns them to the appropriate level of English. Each level lasts 10 weeks and is divided into six two-week "blocks": the blocks allow students to gradually develop skills, which maximizes the effectiveness of learning.

Students have two accommodation options for the duration of their studies: a comfortable residence and a host family home.

Hollywood Beach Residence offers accommodation in two types of rooms:

• Single rooms with bathroom,
• Double rooms for students travelling together; Some rooms have a built-in kitchen with all necessary appliances.

Residents  are responsible for their own meals, using shared or personal kitchens.

Living with a host family will provide students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language environment and practice speaking skills, receive round-the-clock support and care, and be in a family atmosphere. Homestays are relatively close to campus, and for an additional fee, the student can request a transfer to and from classes. When accommodated with a host family, students can completely refuse to provide meals or arrange it according to the following principle: breakfasts and dinners on weekdays + three meals a day on weekends.

Due to the proximity to the beaches, students can devote their free time to snorkeling, diving and many other water sports. Master classes and various theme parties are often held on the beaches.

The state's transportation network allows students to explore the natural beauty and attractions of Florida: home to the home arenas of the Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, Miami Dolphins, Buccaneers, and Florida Panthers, world-famous amusement parks, and several of the world's leading universities.

Aventura is a beach suburb of Miami, known for its variety of shops and restaurants, ideal for both tourism and student life.

The Aventura Campus is OHLA's newest learning grounds, with modern architecture, high ceilings, and large glass windows. The school is located inside a newly built shopping centre surrounded by modern restaurants and cafes. Its infrastructure includes:

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the academic area.

The campus is surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches: Hallandale Beach, Hollywood Beach, and Sunny Isles Beach/Park. There are public transport stops near the building, which will allow you to get to more distant cultural and entertainment places, attractions of the region.

Educational activities at OHLA Miami Aventura take place almost all year round, excluding national and international holidays. Courses start every second Monday of the month, the duration of studying depends on the initial level of English proficiency and the chosen program. Classes are held on weekdays, rest is provided on weekends and holidays.

The applicant must fill out a registration form and pay the fee, provide personal documents. The Admissions Committee considers applications in turn, inviting candidates for an interview, passing a language test. Staff can help in obtaining the necessary visa and other documents for studying, accompany each student from the moment of application to arrival on campus.

Students who complete their studies at OHLA Miami Aventura can enroll at Florida International University, Florida Atlantic University, or Lynn University, which are located nearby. Through its subsidiary UniApplyNow, OHLA schools offer access to more than 300 universities that accept graduation certificates.

A general requirement for all courses will be a valid passport, health insurance, visa or residence permit. Some programs are suitable for students with any visa, while others are designed only for long-term visa holders, since the duration of the program provides for a long stay in the United States. A bank statement will also be required to confirm that the student has the means to stay in the country.
