Moscow University of Humanities and Economics was founded in 1994. From 1996 to 2010, 14 branches of the educational institution were opened in different parts of the country. Today, the university has a material and technical base that allows it to conduct scientific research and train highly qualified personnel.
Accommodation, meals, prices
Moscow University of Humanities and Economics does not have its own dormitory for nonresident students.
For students, the administration of the university recommended two options for accommodation in Moscow:
- Hotel "Baikal" (Moscow, Selkhoznaya str., 15/1 metro station Botanichesky Sad). 1- and 2-bed rooms. Refrigerator, bed, desk in the room, toilet and shower shared.
- "House of Postgraduates and Trainees" (Moscow, Ostrovityanova Street, 33a and Moscow, Dmitry Ulyanov Street, 5). 1- and 2-bed rooms. The room has a refrigerator, on each floor there are electric stoves and washing machines for general use. Shower and toilet are located in each block.
The cost of living from 10 000 rubles per month.
Activities Moscow University of Humanities and Economics (MSUE)
MSUE organizes a creative space for university students in order to support the self-realization of the younger generation. University activities are based on the active life position of students, social responsibility and the development of management skills.
The administration of the university pays special attention to working with students, civil and patriotic events are held annually. Concerts are held, including those dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. Creative studios were opened: theatrical, folk and modern dances, vocal.
There is a volunteer center, students take part in sports events organized by the Life Line Charitable Foundation.

Facilities and equipment at Moscow University of Humanities and Economics (MSUE)
The main building of the university is located at: Moscow, Leninsky Prospekt, 8 p. 16. The building is located in the city center, a 7-minute walk from the metro station "Oktyabrskaya". Between couples or after a school day, students will be able to relax in Gorky Park near the university building.
On the basis of MSUE there is a college.
The university building has its own library, the information base of which is regularly expanded and updated. The university has modern laboratories, computer classes, multifunctional classrooms, language laboratories. Classrooms are equipped with new furniture and advanced equipment.
Sports sections were opened in the university's own sports hall.
On the basis of MSUE, a student media center "MHEU-MEDIA" was opened, which includes a photo studio, a television studio, Tesla Radio, its own publishing house of the newspaper "Izvestia MSUE" and the SMM team.
Admission dates and extra charges
At MSUE, the educational process is carried out according to the semester system, each lasts 4-5 months. At the end of the semester there is a session.
Additional expenses for the duration of study at the university are from 20,000 rubles: accommodation, food, transportation and other expenses.
Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol
When entering college, the focus is on the ranking of certificates and the results of the interview. There are no test exams. Term of study at the college: full-time - 2 years and 10 months, correspondence - 3 years and 10 months.
The following requirements are put forward for applicants:
- Completed secondary general education (11 grades) or secondary vocational education;
- Successful completion of the internal exam of MSUE or testing (for foreign citizens);
- Results of the Unified State Exam.
Minimum scores on the Unified State Exam:
