A two-year program for teenagers from 16 to 19 years old. Each T-level, developed with the direct participation of the best professionals in the industry, is equivalent to three A-levels. Each student undergoes a practical internship at the enterprise lasting 315-360 hours.

Lincoln College is the lead organization in a group of several colleges in Lincoln and Newark, graduating up to 6,000 students each year through apprenticeship, A-level, professional and higher education programs.

Until 1932, the college was known as Lincoln Technical College, and since 1971 it has been known as Lincoln Technical College. In 1987 it was merged with the Gainsborough College of Further Education and the Lute Centre for Further Education. Since 1991, together with the University of Nottingham, Trent has offered associate degrees of higher education and diplomas in business, computer science and communication technology. In 1997, it was renamed Lincoln University, within which it became a separate division, since 1999 - Lincoln College. In 2006 it received a new Knights building, equipped with the latest technology and intended for theater rehearsals, sound recording and related operations, for the library and laboratories.
