Camp Windmill Hill, like the rest of the PGL network, accepts children from all over the world, although about 90% of holidaymakers are traditionally British. The summer entertainment program does not provide for English lessons: language skills are taught unobtrusively, in a free, friendly environment during games, competitions, sports or crafts.
- Multi-activity (7/4/3 nights - 7-16 years)
The most popular and to some extent classical is the multi-activity program. These are diverse and interesting classes for those students who want to try everything at once. The program includes team games, trampoline jumping, archery or rifles, fencing, rock climbing, cycling, orienteering, rope running, etc. Multi-activities can form the basis of the course, and serve as an addition to any other program - in any case, the course will not allow children to get bored.
- Pony trekking and riding (7-16 years)
Multi-activites are organized in the morning, the second half is devoted to equestrian sports. Students learn how to ride horses, instructors will tell you about the basic styles of skiing - in addition, for each student fixes his horse, for which you need to look after and feed.
- Adrenaline adventure (10-16 years)
Multi-activities + 2 trips to amusement parks a week are offered to international students.

One of PGL's newest camps was opened in 2009 in eastern Sussex, it takes only 2 hours to get to central London and 45 minutes to Brighton (1 hour to busy highway M25).
Age of participants: 7-16 years (international students are divided into groups according to the age principle and program).
Faculties and colleges
PGL Windmill Hill offers two main types of residential adventure program:
Multi-Activity Adventure Camps
These camps last 2, 3, 4, or 7 nights and run during UK school holidays from Easter through October half-term. Activities include adventurous challenges, water sports, team-building, problem-solving, and evening games and entertainment. Children take part in age-appropriate groups.
Specialist Adventure Camps
These seven-night camps run only during the summer holidays, combining PGL multi-activities with a chosen activity. Pony Beginner includes six half-days of riding lessons and stable tasks at a local riding center, with PGL activities during the other half of each day.
Children can stay for more than one week. PGL recommends trying a different center or camp type for a varied experience.

Accommodation, meals, prices
Children live in comfortable and cozy bedrooms with private facilities, designed for 4-6 people. The food is organized full, healthy and balanced, dietary meal is also available. Basic meals are designed on the principle of a free buffet, the amount of food is not limited. Children have constant access to fresh drinking water, a large number of vegetables and fruits are served, at any moment you can drink a cup of tea or coffee.

The pony camp also includes ziplining, archery, and canoeing.

Windmill Hill's spacious 21-acre campus includes administrative and residential buildings, a large sports complex, playing fields and activity areas, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a lake used for rafting.

PGL offers an escorted transfer from Polegate Train Station to Windmill Hill. Travel services must be booked at least seven days before departure. Transfers between PGL centers across the UK are available for children staying at more than one center.
