Educational proces takes place in semesters - one academic year includes two educational stages: autumn and spring. In the first and third years, undergraduate students attend classes for only one semester, while the second is reserved for a six-month internship. The second and fourth courses contain only academic components organized on campus.

Classes are held on weekdays: from Monday to Friday. Weekends, days of national and international holidays, seasonal holidays imply a closed campus and no classes.

Admission takes place twice a year - at the beginning of each of the semesters. The Admissions Committee provides comprehensive support, including in the preparation of visa and other documents.

Applicants wishing to qualify for Les Roches Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy must provide:

• Personal documents: passport, health insurance, visa or residence permit,
• Certificate of complete secondary education with a report card, certificates of preparatory courses,

• A 300-word essay about goals, ambitions, existing individual achievements,
• Language exam results: TOEFL (from 70), IELTS (from 5.5), Duolingo (from 110) or recognized equivalent.

All documents must be translated into English, and must be additionally certified by a notary.

Being a private institution, Les Roches Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy provides a limited number of scholarships and financial aid packages. Some of the scholarships are intended to support motivated applicants who show potential, but do not have the material ability to pay for their education in full, while others are designed to encourage students who have already enrolled with high academic performance.

Scholarships of partner organizations are also available to students:

• International Baccalaureate (IB) Scholarships – awarded to outstanding students who have successfully completed the IB Diploma,
• GEMS Uniconnect Partner Scholarships – candidates who have studied at GEMS Education schools and are accepted to one of the undergraduate programs have three levels of scholarships: 10, 20 and 25% reimbursement of the program fee,
• Legacy program for alumni, families – any child of a graduate or a graduate of Sommet Education (Les Roches, Glion) is offered a scholarship of 10% of the total cost of the course,
• Family scholarship – applies when two or more children (siblings, twins) from the same family apply to Sommet educational institutions (Les Roches, Glion, Ecole Ducasse). The second child and all subsequent children who will be enrolled will receive a 5% discount on tuition fees,
• Scholarships for students from Switzerland, the Nordic countries, the United States, Spain, the Iberian Peninsula, Canada.
