The language school College of English Language (CEL) was founded in 1981 in Southern California and today offers high-quality English language courses, as well as TOEFL and Cambridge exam preparation courses for Russian and foreign students.
C EL conducts education on the basis of three campuses located in popular, vibrant US cities: San Diego, Pacific Beach, Los Angeles. Studying here provides an opportunity to get acquainted with American culture, students from other countries, to develop communication skills in international communities.
College management invites leading teachers to work, organizes classes for small classes (maximum filling is 12 students), creates an enriching academic environment. The schedule is determined by the specifics of the program, the course. It usually includes academic classes, self-study. Electives provided for the schedule, students attend at will.

TOEFL is one of the most popular English proficiency tests: it is accepted by more than 9,000 universities, colleges and agencies in 130 countries, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This standardized test measures English proficiency with non-native speakers who want to live, study, work abroad.
The TOEFL preparation course allows students to focus exclusively on exam preparation. Experienced teachers provide students with test passing strategies, practical tests, and skills necessary for successfully passing test assignments. The minimum level of language proficiency at admission is C1.
In addition to mastering the basic skills of the test, students receive a solid knowledge base to improve their scores. Small classes (6–12 students) guarantee individual learning, and a dynamic atmosphere helps to improve language skills.

Students can pre-book 4 surf lessons / weekly for beginners who continue to study.
