The Institut du Management des Services Immobillers (IMSI) is a real estate management school that is part of the IGS Group, a large-scale educational group of institutes.

IMSI was founded in 1999 at the request of a leading residential real estate company for a program that would train professionals with knowledge relevant to the rapidly developing field of hospitality, housing services. For more than 25 years of existence, the school has grown, expanding academic programs to all areas of real estate, including private homes, public housing, commercial and retail real estate. Today, IMSI offers undergraduate and graduate programs, preparing local and foreign students for both operational and managerial positions.

IMSI has four campuses in French cities: Toulouse, Lyon, Paris and Rennes. Each of the academic campuses embodies the latest innovations of our time, offering students a technological environment for gaining knowledge and applied skills. Higher education courses are conducted by qualified teaching staff, many of whom have academic degrees, many years of experience and their own achievements. The curricula of the programs are balanced with lectures and practical classes, internships and time for self-study, thanks to which students effectively assimilate knowledge and are able to apply it in their work.

Apprentices are offered not only professional qualifications, but also support in the form of funding, finding a part-time job, mentoring and others. Researchers and teachers help each student on their path to a degree: from application to employment.

Educational staff and employees of administrative departments provide students with comprehensive support: from applying to finding a place for employment. The school has several non-academic programs that will help students prepare for career activities.

IMSI includes specialized departments where specializations of higher education are taught. The school has four campuses, interconnected by programs, teaching staff, and infrastructure.

The teaching facilities of the IMSI campuses are prepared for the education of students with disabilities.

Thanks to cooperation with major real estate agencies, IMSI provides international students with a variety of off-campus housing options: rooms, apartments, townhouses, rooms in large houses and much more. Students are provided with a list of verified landlords and assistance with paperwork.

A dynamic and multicultural community of IMSI pupils and partner schools has ample opportunities for self-realization, development of potential and important life skills. Whether it is sports, artistic, cultural, creative, humanitarian or festive events, students will find something to do with their interests, will be in a circle of like-minded people, and will benefit the community.

Various events are organized on all four campuses throughout the year, most of which are led by the Student Union, which consists of students from different specializations and courses. The Union collects the wishes of all pupils, helps in organizing the desired events, maintains communication between students and the school management, supports thematic associations and creates new interest clubs. A wide variety of on-campus and off-campus events include sports competitions, creative workshops, music concerts, theater productions, and more. International students can use the campus infrastructure and equipment of partner organizations to implement their ideas.

Thematic clubs reflect the main hobbies of the student body: from sports games, needlework and various types of art to charity events and scientific research.

With campus locations in four major cities in France, students have access to cultural and historical attractions. Students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the study of the features and customs of France, taste the national cuisine, and attend performances of local artists.

Each campus is the embodiment of modern technologies in the field of education: numerous lecture halls with interactive equipment, specialized laboratories and studios, computer rooms, classes for group and individual work, incubators for the implementation of projects and much more allows students to gain academic knowledge and applied skills.

Paris

Paris is the capital of France, one of the most visited cities in the world, No1 in the list of student cities in the country. The city is also classified as the capital of startups and the European capital of innovation, and its real estate market is considered one of the three most dynamic in France. Paris is famous for its huge cultural capital, which can be enjoyed at every step: museums, exhibition halls, galleries, open spaces offer collections of paintings, performances by musicians, historical materials. The Main Town Hall has established a "Youth Pass" to offer Parisian students between the ages of 15 and 25 free or reduced access to numerous cultural activities: exhibitions, film screenings or museum visits.

The educational campus in Paris is 6500 square meters of academic premises:

Lyon

In the heart of the dynamic Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the city of Lyon, there is a second academic site, opened in 2004. The infrastructure and numerous courses offered here make this place one of the largest higher education institutions in the region. The location of the educational campus area just two metro stops from the city center provides students with easy access to attractions, entertainment and cultural places. The campus occupies an area of 22,000 square meters, which is equipped with:

Toulouse

The Toulouse campus is close to the city centre, a 20-minute tram ride from the central square. It is surrounded by green areas, sports and entertainment venues, shops. About 6000 square meters are in the use of students:

• 54 lecture halls,
• Three scientific laboratories,

Rennes

The study area in Rennes is a hybrid campus that combines seven institutions that share a variety of academic spaces. The area of 6500 sq. meters offers:

• 20 modular halls, including two amphitheaters,
• Computer rooms for independent work,
• Two business incubators for project work,
• Library, reading room,
• Digital Laboratory,
• Analytical Center,
• Recreation areas,
• Cafeteria.

The academic year consists of several semesters, starting in September for most levels of education. The educational process takes place on four campuses, which allows students to visit four major cities in France and try their hand at the technological environment of educational areas. In the academic year, there is time for rest: weekends, days of national and international holidays, vacations. Each year ends with a qualification work.

Candidates who wish to pursue a degree at IMSI need to go through several stages:

• Submission of online application, required documents,
• Passing entrance tests focused on calculating the general level of knowledge,
• Interviewing – on-campus or online,
• Receiving an official invitation to enroll,
• Arrive on campus to start classes.

To date, IMSI has already trained more than 1800 graduates. According to annual statistics, about 93% of masters are employed in their specialty within 4 months after graduation, 60% of bachelors continue their academic path.  Graduates build a career in all areas of residential and commercial real estate management, in sales and asset management.

Applicants applying to IMSI from other countries must provide:

• Personal documents: passport, health insurance, visa or residence permit,
• Academic certificate depending on the level of the program for admission: high school diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, assessment certificates and exam results,
• A language certificate confirming the level of French language proficiency with a score of at least B2 level.

IMSI offers financial support in the form of scholarships and benefits that will help students pay for tuition, project activities, and reward them for special academic success. Foreign students can combine several scholarship programs if they meet the criteria of several.
