BTS Programs

Taught in Paris, Lyon, and Toulouse, the BTS Real Estate Professions (PI) program focuses on training property maintenance professionals working for HLM firms, agencies, organizations, or construction companies. Teaching is organized in the following areas:
- Research, evaluation, sale of real estate,
- Administrative, financial management of client files,
- Legal, technical management of the building portfolio.
The course involves constant full-time study in the first year and a combination of studies and internships in the second. The curriculum contains:
- First year: 7 weeks of internship in Paris, 6 weeks of internships in Toulouse and Lyon,
- Second year: Alternating a few days of education with a couple of days of work as part of a partner company in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse.
Upon completion of the educational program, foreign students receive a state-recognized diploma, which opens up opportunities for higher professional positions.
Bachelor's Programs

The Bachelor's degree in Property Management and Negotiation, offered in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, and Rennes, prepares apprentices for some of the positions that can be obtained immediately upon completion of their studies:

- Real estate accountant or others.
A bachelor's degree will also give students the opportunity to pursue an academic path in a master's degree.
The course curriculum combines six detailed topics in several subjects:
- Legal framework for activities in the field of real estate,
- The economic environment in the real estate sector,
- Management methods, real estate transactions,
- Introduction to Business Management,
- Information processing, language skills,
- Profession.
Students will be taught on three campuses:
- Paris: three days of education every 15 days,
- Lyon: one week every two to three weeks,
- Toulouse: Three days of education every 15 days.
Master's Programs

Master's degree programs available in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse and Rennes for holders of BAC+3 or BAC+4 bachelor's degrees opens access to management functions either immediately after graduation or after 2-5 years of work experience. Educational course is offered in one of three areas of real estate services:

- Land development, real estate promotion,
- Expertise, valuation of real estate, land assets.
The curriculum includes classes at four IMSI campuses: several days a month at each of them, alternating with several days of internships.

The Institut du Management des Services Immobillers (IMSI) is a real estate management school that is part of the IGS Group, a large-scale educational group of institutes.
IMSI was founded in 1999 at the request of a leading residential real estate company for a program that would train professionals with knowledge relevant to the rapidly developing field of hospitality, housing services. For more than 25 years of existence, the school has grown, expanding academic programs to all areas of real estate, including private homes, public housing, commercial and retail real estate. Today, IMSI offers undergraduate and graduate programs, preparing local and foreign students for both operational and managerial positions.
IMSI has four campuses in French cities: Toulouse, Lyon, Paris and Rennes. Each of the academic campuses embodies the latest innovations of our time, offering students a technological environment for gaining knowledge and applied skills. Higher education courses are conducted by qualified teaching staff, many of whom have academic degrees, many years of experience and their own achievements. The curricula of the programs are balanced with lectures and practical classes, internships and time for self-study, thanks to which students effectively assimilate knowledge and are able to apply it in their work.
Apprentices are offered not only professional qualifications, but also support in the form of funding, finding a part-time job, mentoring and others. Researchers and teachers help each student on their path to a degree: from application to employment.

Paris

Paris is famous for its huge cultural capital, which can be enjoyed at every step: museums, exhibition halls, galleries, open spaces offer collections of paintings, performances by musicians, historical materials. The Main Town Hall has established a "Youth Pass" to offer Parisian students between the ages of 15 and 25 free or reduced access to numerous cultural activities: exhibitions, film screenings or museum visits.

Lyon
In the heart of the dynamic Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the city of Lyon, there is a second academic site, opened in 2004. The location of the educational campus area just two metro stops from the city center provides students with easy access to attractions, entertainment and cultural places. The campus occupies an area of 22,000 square meters, which is equipped with:

Admission dates and extra charges
The academic year consists of several semesters, starting in September for most levels of education. The educational process takes place on four campuses, which allows students to visit four major cities in France and try their hand at the technological environment of educational areas. In the academic year, there is time for rest: weekends, days of national and international holidays, vacations. Each year ends with a qualification work.
