Broadening horizons

“Expanding horizons” is one of the school’s most popular and sought after programs, as students can draw up an individual curriculum on it. Here, high school students aged 16-18 are offered a choice of more than 30 types of disciplines: two are selected in the morning + one training seminar in the afternoon. The fields of study are very diverse - from archeology to neurology.

We’ll tell you more about the educational format: the morning lessons of the classical format are held in small study groups and combined with interactive afternoon seminars or master classes - this approach is designed to provide students with a comprehensive educational experience that covers both academic knowledge in selected subjects and personal skills. The structure of the educational process can also be different, therefore it includes both individual tasks and group work.

The weekly program includes from 20 academic hours, so the full program will be about 40 hours. Please note that items from morning lists A and B should not be repeated.

Business & Enterprise Program

The Imperial College program for immersion in business, entrepreneurship and economics for two weeks. The training course for high school students consists of academic classes in international business and group classes that are focused on developing leadership skills.

Here, students will gain knowledge on the principles of business management, economics or finance - in the list of subjects will be accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and business ethics. In addition to classical academic studies, students will participate in seminars where the emphasis is on developing additional skills such as leadership and presentation art.

Global leaders program

The Global Leadership Program provides high-school adolescents with a training course that includes lectures, seminars, and discussions on key issues facing modern global leaders.

In the course, young people will get acquainted with the international community and learn how constantly changing social, political and economic conditions can affect the role and position of a leader. To do this, they will study political theory, philosophy, sociology, modern international relations and the economic context of current events. Students will have the opportunity to offer their own solutions to global issues, the effectiveness of which they will be able to test in interactive seminars or in discussions with their fellow students.

In addition to useful knowledge, participation in the course gives students a slight advantage when entering the university, since candidates will already have a certain base and skills that are appreciated in higher schools.

Attending Imperial College London's Oxford Royal Academy Summer School, students will be accommodated at Prince's Gardens Residence in a central urban area, with easy access to major London attractions.

Prince's Gardens Residence is located in the southern part of Kensington: here, young people are offered modern rooms in a standard student format, with private bathrooms. Room capacity - 1-2 people, boys and girls live separately.

Participants in the summer program can eat in the dining room on the campus (meals in full board are included in the price) or have a snack in cafes or restaurants on the streets of London.
