Students are given places in cozy, comfortable residences - only 11 residences are built on the campus (separate for boys and for girls). When resettlement is also taken into account the age principle: in general, the rooms are designed for 1-2 people, there are several common rooms for 3-5 people. Each residence has everything necessary for a comfortable life, including cozy living rooms for common recreation and spacious meeting rooms.

The total campus area reaches 810 acres: it is a green, well-groomed area near the cozy town of Lakeville in Pennsylvania. Nearby is a clean and large lake, several ponds and forest groves - students of the school live practically in the reserve with clean, fresh air and impressive landscapes. Due to the proximity of natural resources, students have the opportunity to explore biological, chemical and environmental processes directly on living examples, to study ecosystems, the features of life and behavior of various organisms (including the inhabitants of marshes, caves). There are many paths and routes for hiking, cycling, excursions and eco-tours.
