Preparing for IELTS

IELTS remains the most widespread and popular in the world language test for knowledge of English - therefore if you decided to pass it exactly, then the preparation should be as efficient and intensive as possible. Teachers at the Malvern House London have been working with students in this field for several years, so they can provide really relevant and useful information.

Academic studies are mainly devoted to the integrated development of all basic skills and knowledge:

  • Reading;
  • Listening;
  • Writing;
  • Speaking;
  • Pronunciation;
  • Grammar;
  • Vocabulary.

Students constantly work with materials of the past years and write tests: this helps to reduce the level of tension and fear, to get acquainted with the structure of the exam and its "pitfalls", to see your own speed of progress, strengths and weaknesses. If necessary, teachers are always ready to adjust the educational course if the group needs to further explain a complex topic.

The course is presented in several versions:

  • Standard (20 lessons weekly)
  • Semi-intensive (25 lessons per week)
  • Intensive (30 lessons weekly).

Each apartment has 6-9 bedrooms for 1-3 people, many have adjoining gardens, all utility bills and payments are already included in the price. The apartments offered by the school are located in zone 2 - the journey time to school is 25-30 minutes.
