- Introduction to the World Of Hospitality
A 2-week program is ideal for students aged from 16 to 20 years old to explore the world of hotel and restaurant business. The program is conducted on the campus of the school HIM (Montreux).

A 2-week program is designed for those students who want to get acquainted with the world of culinary art, baking and making Swiss chocolate. During the course, students develop practical cooking skills, go on thematic excursions and dine in a real gourmet restaurant! The program takes place on the campus of the school Culinary Arts Academy (Le Bouvray).
