Pre-MBA Module 1, 2, & 3

• Age of students: 21+
• Dates: 07/03
• Intensity: 20 hours per week
• Duration: 4 or 6 weeks.

Program is designed for students entering MBA courses at Boston University, Harvard University, MIT, Babson College and others.

Objectives:

• Repetition and pulling up of academic knowledge and skills necessary for studying in MBA programs
• Visiting major companies and government organizations in Boston
• Attending lectures by invited experts
• Preparing for admission to business administration courses.

Structure:

• Module 1: Business Context
• Module 2: Managing Knowledge & Learning
• Module 3: Competition & Market Forces.

Students are asked to complete all 3 modules in half a year or 2 modules to choose from in 4 weeks. All modules include aspects such as:

• Introduction to Business
• Business English
• Development of communication skills
• Case study
• Student presentations and projects.

Entry requirements:

• Age of students: 21+
• TOEFL 90 or IELTS 6.0
• Certificate of passing the language exam / certificate of enrollment in the MBA program
• Summary.

Legal English & Foundations of the US Legal System

• Age of students: 18+
• Dates: 07/03/16
• Intensity: 20 hours per week
• Duration: 6 weeks.

The program will allow you to focus on the study of law and the improvement of language skills, to obtain all the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for successful study in American schools of law. The center studies students entering the following universities:

• Harvard university
• Boston university
• Columbia university
• University of California Los Angeles and others.

Course Structure:

• Study of US law and economic, political, historical and sociological features of the country
• The study of the language of jurisprudence.

Future Entrepreneurs

• Age – from 17 years old,
• Language level – from B2,
• Dates — summer,
• The duration of training is 3 weeks.

This course is aimed at school graduates who are interested in exploring business areas, entrepreneurship, and startup innovation. The training takes place in the summer months for three weeks, consists of lectures by invited specialists and excursions to the offices of leading companies in the business industry.

The curriculum consists of two aspects:

• Classes aimed at studying the business industry, in which students learn about business concepts, market research, validation, entrepreneurial thinking and other important things in career development,
• Learning English through regular conversational practice, business communication, presentations.

Each week, students participate in 15 hours of classes, two days are allotted for visiting companies and organizations.

Part-Time Courses

• Age – from 17 years old,
• Language level – any,
• Dates — during the year,
• The duration of training is 4, 6 or 12 weeks.

The part-time format offers students flexibility in choosing the duration of the program, the number of weekly lessons. Study can last for 4, 6 or 12 weeks, the weekly load can be 5, 10 or 15 hours. Classes are mainly held in the morning.

The course is aimed at students who want to improve basic language skills from any level: from beginner to advanced. The main emphasis is on speaking, thanks to which students are more successful in improving their reading, writing and listening skills, and actively replenishing their vocabulary.

High School: Gateway to the American University

• Dates — summer,
• The duration of training is 2 or 3 weeks.

The program is aimed at preparing high school students aged 15-17 who would like to enroll in undergraduate majors at an American university. Over the course of two to three weeks, students will receive guidance on successful admission to a U.S. institution of higher education, participate in academic classes with a university atmosphere, get acquainted with the admissions committees of leading universities in Boston, and spend time on excursions around the city and the region.

The curriculum includes 17 hours of weekly classes in which students will study admission requirements, including standardized tests, practice essay writing, creating a digital profile, and seeking scholarships to supplement their education.

The program offers two formats of duration: two or three weeks. They differ in that the three-week course includes two additional academic modules, preparation for interviews and an additional visit to the university campus.
