Harvard Business School (HBS) is a higher education institution, part of Harvard University. HBS was the first institution with an MBA program. From 1997 to 2017, global research centers were opened in Silicon Valley, Europe, India, Japan, and other countries.

Throughout HBS's history, alumni and partners have provided financial and intellectual support to the school and its mission: to train leaders who change the world for the better.

Every year, Harvard Business School accepts 700-1500 applicants, carefully selecting candidates. Disciplines are taught by a composition of highly qualified specialists among 244 people. Alcause it is one of the largest business schools in the world, the educational approach gives an advantage to small communities by focusing on groups of 80 to 90 students who remain closely connected to each other throughout their educational programs.

Training is based on case analysis and implies the absence of lectures and seminars - instead of them time is given to discuss what is read in advance. Students need to read 2-3 cases of 10-15 pages each daily. On average, in two years, each student of the MBA program studies 500 cases.
