Worksop College Private School is a member of the Woodard Schools group, which brings together several of the most prestigious schools in England: it existed as a school for boys until the early 1970s, but over the course of several decades successful mixed programs were developed. The facility occupies a vast area 3 hours from London, not far from Manchester Airport, which makes it possible for active sports, pleasant walks and pastime, including playing golf - the school golf course is considered one of the most popular in England, and the school itself is a part of the Independent Schools Golf Association. The school has about 400 students, the ratio of boys and girls is 250 by 150, among students from abroad - 41 people; 160 students live in the dormitory, the rest come for the school year and only occasionally stay overnight.
