Webster University was founded in 1983: during its existence, the university has become home to students from all over the world looking for a globally-oriented education. Here students from 50 countries of the world study, the teaching staff also boasts a large number of invited teachers from around the world.

Webster University is the only university in the Netherlands accredited by US organizations. The university offers a wide range of programs - bachelor, master and other postgraduate courses. Since the university received American accreditation, it has graduated about 2 thousand students.

Accommodation, meals, prices

The university has its own student residence, which is within walking distance from the educational buildings (two minutes). The residence was built in 1929 and has a delightful architecture. For students, 60 studio apartments, study and leisure areas, a creative gallery, and a private courtyard have been prepared. The best possible living conditions are organized for students here - young people are happy to live in a comfortable, clean and safe environment.

Facilities and equipment at Webster University Leiden

The university is located in Leiden and has an ideal location between the two major cities - The Hague and Amsterdam. University students have access to a developed infrastructure, large companies and agencies.

Leiden is a beautiful city with a large number of cozy cafes, a variety of shops, historic sites, museums. In the evening there are bars, theaters and night clubs. There are three cinemas in Leiden, an international film festival is held every autumn.

It has all the necessary transport infrastructure: one of the largest airports on the continent, the railway, so getting to cities like Rotterdam and Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris, Munich is easy.

Admission dates and extra charges

Bachelor of study fees: € 8,100 per semester or € 64,400 for all tuition.

The tuiton fee includes:

  • 12-18 credit hours
  • Textbooks for each studied discipline.

Usually, students study 4 disciplines in a semester, and two courses are expected in the summer semester. Download per week up to 40 hours.
