Applying for a visa to Turkey

Applying for a student visa to Turkey involves submitting several necessary documents:

• Documentation from the educational institution (such as confirmation of payment, contract, and an invitation)
• A copy of the bank confirmation of payment
• A bank statement demonstrating that you have at least $6000 in your account
• A certificate of residence or registration from local municipal services
• A certificate of no criminal record (issued by your city's Department of Internal Affairs), which doesn't require translation
• Two color photos, sized 3x4 cm each
• A letter from your educational institution
• Your foreign passport, along with a copy of the main page. You'll retain the original passport, but the consulate will take the copy.
• Your national passport, including a copy of the main page and the page with your residence permit
• Funds to pay the visa application fee (the exact amount depends on the applicant's country)
• Lastly, the visa application form, filled out at the consulate.
