University of Worcester English School is an international language school inviting students from different countries to seasonal studies. A short-term English language course is designed for pupils aged 11-17 with any level of language proficiency.

The program is organized on the educational grounds of University of Worcester, providing excellent infrastructure for study, accommodation and leisure activities. Participants in the summer camp are provided with everything they need, study in a supportive atmosphere and under the guidance of qualified teachers, resulting in valuable educational experience and effective language skills development.

Pupils can expect a diverse program of events, including — several excursions to local attractions, architectural and natural beauties of the region, dozens of entertainment events on campus, sports and creative activities. Students gain new experiences, get to know their classmates from different nationalities better, and try their hand at new areas.

Students are accommodated in the university residence, occupying single or double rooms of enhanced comfort with private bathrooms, or twin, triple, quadruple rooms with shared facilities. The academic program can be supplemented by a mini-vacation in London, which is organized on the campus of a local university — students live in comfortable residence under similar conditions.

Every day at set hours, two English breakfasts, lunch and dinner are served in the dining room — balanced meals are prepared according to a varied, well-planned menu. On days when students go on excursions, they receive prepaid meal cards or packed lunches, and during their stay in London they receive half-board catering.

The weekly schedule for students involves a variety of leisure activities, held both on and off campus. Almost every day, students gather to participate in interactive games based on popular works, talent shows, discos, sports training, and creative workshops. Several days a week are devoted to excursions — the course provides three full-day trips with walking tours of attractions, four tours lasting several hours. During the travels, students will be able to visit:

• Stratford-upon-Avon: Shakespeare's Birthplace,
• Worcester: ancient city, Worcester Cathedral,
• Themed quest in Worcester.

Students also have access to an addition to the main program — a three-day trip to London with visits to the capital's main attractions.

The summer program is conducted on the educational grounds of University of Worcester — St. John’s Campus, which is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Worcester. The campus has diverse infrastructure for education, sports and leisure, offering students spacious classrooms with interactive equipment, recreation areas, sports facilities, residence halls and much more.

During the trip to London, studying is organized on the campus of a local university, which provides educational classes and accommodation.

The course runs from mid-June to mid-August, offering students flexibility in choosing the start date and duration of study — students can stay at the language school for one, two or three weeks consecutively. The program stipulates almost daily English lessons in the morning, excursions and campus events during the day and evening.

The course price already covers expenses for accommodation and meals, educational materials, campus events, excursions and other services. Additionally, you need to pay for flights, medical insurance, administrative fees and deposits, and provide for personal expenses.

The admission process consists of several stages:

• Submitting a completed application form and the required documents,
• Receiving instructions and information from school staff,
• Taking an online test to determine your current language level,
• Arriving on campus, being assigned to groups and starting studies.

The graduation certificate confirms the completed academic preparation and progress in English language proficiency. For several weeks, students are in an English-speaking environment, which allows them to regularly practice their speaking skills, expand their vocabulary, and strengthen their confidence in using knowledge in educational and everyday life.

Students with any level of English proficiency aged 11-17 who have a foreign passport, visa or residence permit and medical insurance can enroll in the program.
