Applicants for UPP must provide a diploma / high school diploma (GPA no lower than 3.0), and demonstrate sufficient level of English: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent TOEFL results;
Pre-Master's applicants will need a bachelor's degree and a TOEFL certificate (from 69iBT) or IELTS (from 5.5). Especially high scores are needed for those students who plan to study at the faculties of conflictology, international relations, computer technologies and applied physics;
MBA as well as finance, IT, accounting and international business departments will require knowledge of English at the IELTS level of 6.0 or TOEFL from 8.0, as well as a certificate of secondary education (GPA 3.0 - 3.2).

A good education. The daughter graduated in 2017.The campuses that are very expensive to live near the university can be rented in Dorchester, which is literally 10-15 minutes away. The university is open for everyone to see the device and life for 24 hours. which is very surprising, no barriers and requirements.
