Universit é deValenciennesetduHainautCambresis -universitetvoFrantsii. The story began in 1964, being a state. Currently, the university each year in the top 60 best educational institutions in the whole of France.

The UPHF housing platform brings together listings from private landlords, real estate agencies, and student residences. Rental, shared rental, and temporary accommodation options are available. Students receive help preparing rental documents and booking housing.

If a student does not have a guarantor residing in France, a guarantee can be arranged through the platform for the entire rental period. University residences are managed by CROUS, an organization independent of UPHF.

For scholarship holders, all of the listed fees are waived.

Non-EU students additionally pay the CVEC fee in the amount of 103 euros (rate as of the start of the 2024/2025 academic year).
