UBI Business School is a leading English-language business school founded in 1992 in Brussels. The institution has two more campuses: in Luxembourg and Shanghai.

Students studying on campus in Brussels can obtain bachelor's and master's degrees; The Shanghai branch offers a doctorate in addition to these programs.

Students studying in Brussels can work up to 20 hours a week – this is facilitated by a flexible class schedule.

The school does not provide housing for its students, but the staff will help in finding places to live near campus. The institution cooperates with Spotahome, a supplier of private apartments, apartments and rooms. The cost of living varies depending on the area and the comfort of housing. The approximate monthly cost of living in Brussels is 890-1300 €, including meals.

UBI hosts social events, organizes company visits, and group tours to introduce students to the diversity that the city offers. In addition, seminars are held on campus by invited experts from various fields aimed at expanding knowledge. 

As a transport hub, Brussels provides students with the opportunity to travel conveniently not only within its city walls, but also within the country and beyond: students often spend weekends in Paris or London.

Brussels, one of the most international cities in Europe, is home to the headquarters of many of the world's companies, European institutions and international organizations. The cultural diversity of the Belgian capital is confirmed by the many restaurants and cafes, event venues, museums and attractions. 

The UBI campus is located in the heart of the city, in the commercial district, next to the Porte de Namur and the Royal Palace. Students have convenient access to a variety of entertainment and cultural attractions.   The four-storey building is equipped with:

• A hybrid learning room to support technology-enabled learning,

• Computer room with access to electronic resources.

Bachelor's and master's programs are held during the academic year: from September to June. The schedule contains five school days a week: from Monday to Friday. Salesforce's online course runs from January to mid-March, offering classes on Fridays and Saturdays.

Among the additional costs, the largest are fees for accommodation and meals, public transport and use of campus infrastructure.

• Submission of an online application and submission of the necessary documents,
• Evaluation of the application by the admissions committee and receipt of a response from it,
• A 30-minute interview with the program director (for foreign candidates, usually held in Zoom),
• Receiving an email confirming admission within 30 days of the interview,
• Upon successful enrollment in the program, students who require a visa must make a first payment of €5750 to proceed with the enrollment process. The UBI must receive the payment before providing official documents.  The fee covers tuition for the first semester and the administration fee, fully refundable in case of visa refusal.

UBI cooperates with many leading universities in different countries that expect graduates of undergraduate and graduate programs to continue their education, as well as provide communication with local organizations. Students who graduate from school continue their academic journey or begin career development in the first three months after graduation.

Admission criteria for undergraduate programs:

• High School Diploma with Subject Detailed Math Progress Report,
• A detailed academic report on all subjects,
• Proof of English proficiency: IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL iBT (72),
• Personal documents: passport, health insurance and vaccination card, visa or residence permit,
• A 300-word statement explaining the desire to study at UBI Business School.

Requirements for admission to master's programs:

• Bachelor's degree / At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the chosen field,
• Certificate confirming knowledge of the English language: IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (72),
• Academic report on the subjects studied with grades,
• Personal documents: passport, health insurance and vaccination card, visa or residence permit,
• Resume with achievements and work experience,
• Two letters of recommendation from teachers or employer,
• A 500-word personal statement explaining your desire to attend UBI Business School.

All students use personal laptops - this is one of the main requirements for applicants.

UBI offers various scholarships: introductory, academic, specialized. They financially support successful students and encourage motivation for further learning.

New students are also entitled to introductory support if the applicant has excellent academic results in the past.
