Bachelor of Science Program

  • Age - from 18 years,
  • The term of study is three years.

In three years, students will gain competitive knowledge and skills in the field of business. In the first year, the curriculum includes:

  • Marketing in a digital and global society,
  • Mathematics for Business Decisions,
  • Organizational behavior,
  • Personal growth and critical thinking,
  • Development of professional skills,

  • A foreign language is an elementary level.

During the second year, students will attend classes in the following disciplines:

  • Accounting and Corporate Finance,
  • Applied research methods for business,
  • Cultural diversity and communication in a global society,
  • Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Business,
  • E-commerce and consumer behavior on the Internet,
  • International Management,
  • Innovation and Technology Management,
  • People Management & Leadership,
  • Sustainable Operations Management,
  • A foreign language is an intermediate level.

The last year of the program invites students to choose a specialization and study its profile foundations:

  • Business
  • International Business Management,
  • Technology Management,
  • Management of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The final stage of the bachelor's degree will be an internship in a local company or passing exams in three additional electives of the student's choice. You can also get a diploma by completing a semester of study abroad in an exchange format.

Master's Program

  • Age - from 21 years,
  • The term of study is one or two years.

On the campus in Brussels, the teaching of master's programs in several specializations is organized:

  • Technology Management,
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Management,
  • Business administration.

Any of the directions contains three stages:

  • First: core modules that build a solid academic foundation,
  • Second: specialized modules to strengthen specialized knowledge,
  • Third: the creation of an individual project for the transition to the final stage and preparation for the thesis.

UBI masters use the HyFlex format - a flexible scheduling system that helps in distributing attention between classes, time management. Thanks to it, training can take place both in person and online.

The composition of any of the master's programs:

  • 60 credits,
  • 120 hours of synchronous classes in the format of live broadcast,
  • 120 hours of asynchronous structured learning,
  • Live lessons: Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CET every two weeks,
  • First and second stage: 10 months,
  • Third stage: completion of the integrated management project in 3-6 months,
  • Students in need of more intensive study can complete the program in 24 months.

Under the guidance of teachers, experienced entrepreneurs, students learn to develop the necessary skills and management teams for a successful start in their careers. Future masters are offered the opportunity to gain work experience - an international business trip to UCLA, Babson College or one of the institutions in Singapore.

Postgraduate Certificate in Salesforce: CRM & Marketing Automation

  • The duration of training is three months,
  • The training format is online.

The online course is aimed at advanced training in the field of business and management, includes three modules studied.

The first consists of a CRM study:

  • Salesforce Ecosystem,
  • CRM Review,
  • Cloud-based sales platform,
  • Service cloud,
  • Implementation of sales cloud and service cloud,
  • Administrator, sales and service certificates.

The second module is devoted to the study of automated marketing:

  • Marketing Automation Overview,
  • Marketing Cloud Overview,
  • Email Studio & Cloud Pages,
  • Salesforce Social Studio,
  • Automation Studio & Journey Builder,
  • Mobile studio,

The final module is the creation of an individual project based on the knowledge gained. Students will deepen their professional skills, study ethics and forms of responsibility, and learn models for the development of project work.

Online classes are held from January to March, every second week: from 13:30 to 18:30 on Fridays and from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays.

The school does not provide housing for its students, but the staff will help in finding places to live near campus. The institution cooperates with Spotahome, a supplier of private apartments, apartments and rooms. The cost of living varies depending on the area and the comfort of housing. Facilities and equipment at UBI Business School

Brussels, one of the most international cities in Europe, is home to the headquarters of many of the world's companies, European institutions and international organizations. The cultural diversity of the Belgian capital is confirmed by the many restaurants and cafes, event venues, museums and attractions. 

The UBI campus is located in the heart of the city, in the commercial district, next to the Porte de Namur and the Royal Palace. Students have convenient access to a variety of entertainment and cultural attractions.   The four-storey building is equipped with:

Admission dates and extra charges

Bachelor's and master's programs are held during the academic year: from September to June. The schedule contains five school days a week: from Monday to Friday. Salesforce's online course runs from January to mid-March, offering classes on Fridays and Saturdays.

Among the additional costs, the largest are fees for accommodation and meals, public transport and use of campus infrastructure.

Enrolment process

  • Submission of an online application and submission of the necessary documents,
  • Evaluation of the application by the admissions committee and receipt of a response from it,
  • A 30-minute interview with the program director (for foreign candidates, usually held in Zoom),
  • Receiving an email confirming admission within 30 days of the interview,
  • Upon successful enrollment in the program, students who require a visa must make a first payment of 5750 to proceed with the enrollment process. The UBI must receive the payment before providing official documents.  The fee covers tuition for the first semester and the administration fee, fully refundable in case of visa refusal.

UBI cooperates with many leading universities in different countries that expect graduates of undergraduate and graduate programs to continue their education, as well as provide communication with local organizations. Students who graduate from school continue their academic journey or begin career development in the first three months after graduation.

Admission criteria for undergraduate programs:

  • High School Diploma with Subject Detailed Math Progress Report,
  • A detailed academic report on all subjects,
  • Proof of English proficiency: IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL iBT (72),
  • Personal documents: passport, health insurance and vaccination card, visa or residence permit,
  • A 300-word statement explaining the desire to study at UBI Business School.

Requirements for admission to master's programs:

  • Bachelor's degree / At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the chosen field,
  • Certificate confirming knowledge of the English language: IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (72),
  • Academic report on the subjects studied with grades,
  • Personal documents: passport, health insurance and vaccination card, visa or residence permit,
  • Resume with achievements and work experience,
  • Two letters of recommendation from teachers or employer,
  • A 500-word personal statement explaining your desire to attend UBI Business School.

All students use personal laptops - this is one of the main requirements for applicants.
