New student rooms with shared facilities (kitchen, toilet). The residence is located within walking distance from the train station, academic building and 10 minutes by bicycle from the campus center of Bruges.
Prices - from 330 € / month, at no extra cost per room and 430 € / month. per studio, all payments are included. A 12-month contract is concluded
- Student House Burgemeester Vercruysselaan (Kortrijk)
Student rooms are only for international students with amenities (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), located 5 minutes by bike from the center and train station.
Price - from 350 € / month, without additional fees. A 12-month contract is concluded, subject to change.
The university offers balanced food in student restaurants.
Activities Howest University of Applied Sciences
Brugge Studentenstad (student organization) holds cultural evenings for students with a low fee of 5 euros. Among the events are concerts, comedy shows and theater performances.
Kortrijk hosts student movie nights and performances.
Thanks to the Stuvo sports sticker, a large number of evening sports activities are available for students near the campus: fitness, swimming, zumba, bowling, ice skating, archery training.
The university conducts special classes to teach students how to cook healthy foods: healthy nutrition workshops are held in collaboration with Liberale Mutualiteit.

Facilities and equipment at Howest University of Applied Sciences
Four Howest campuses are located in the historic cities of Bruges and Kortrijk, in the province of West Flanders. Studying in Bruges or Kortrijk is convenient for visiting a number of attractive places nearby: the Belgian coast, the picturesque cities of Flanders - Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent. From any campus it is easy to get to famous European cities - Paris, London, Amsterdam, Cologne in one or two hours by train.
Campuses are equipped with ping pong and kicker tables, basketball courts, badminton nets and halls with a piano.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol
Foreign students present upon graduation, officially certified and translated into Dutch or English (International Baccalaureate, European Baccalaureate, German Abitur, US high school diploma with 4 subjects studied at the AP level, Dutch, Luxembourg diplomas) or legalized foreign bachelor / master diploma.
For applicants from Russia, upon admission to the bachelor's program, it is necessary to provide a certificate of complete secondary education, a certificate of completion of 1-2 courses of a Russian university. Another option is a certificate of completion of preparatory courses of the International Foundation, etc.
The minimum level of language proficiency is level B2 (CEFR) in reading, speaking and understanding in English or Dutch. Pupils provide official certificates:

- IELTS (5.5, at least 5 for each of the blocks).
