Brief information. English course for those wishing to develop language skills in the university environment.

About the course. The language program provides two standard blocks: academic and optional (extra-curricular). The first one serves to acquire new knowledge, to correct available skills, to start a language practice. The second makes it possible in an informal environment to develop communication skills. A relaxed conversation in English on excursions and recreational activities contributes to the acceleration of language progress.

Students age: 13 to 17 years.

Start date: June 28 - August 9.

Admission requirements: Initial level of English proficiency (A1).

Learning outcomes: rapid language progress, adaptation to the US university environment, A lot of impressions from a rich cognitive holiday in Connecticut.

Class size: 15 people.

Duration of the lesson: 50 minutes.

Cost: 1995 dollars per week, including accommodation in two / three local Residence, meals 3 times a day, study 25 lessons per week, day excursions, sports and entertainment activities in the lunch and evening.

Description of Yale University Summer Junior School

Summer School in Yale University is open on the basis of the famous Yale University, the most prestigious educational institution of the Ivy League. Accommodation, meals, prices

Teenagers on American summer courses are offered accommodation in single and double rooms of the university residence. The building has Wi-Fi. In common use are the kitchen, lounges, bathrooms and toilets. The last - at the rate of 1 block for 5 people.

Students are offered board meals. On excursion days students receive lunch in the format of a lunch box.

Activities Yale University Summer Junior School

 Daytime provides for optional classes (sports, creativity), excursions. Evening - show programs, discos, karaoke, etc.

There are also 2 excursions per week for the students (for a full day). During these summer courses students can visit Rhode Island, Newport, New York, Six Flags Park.

Daily routine

The school provides morning sessions. Day and evening are allotted to the sociocultural program.
