Based on the results of the open days and the interview, official invitations to study are sent to families, after which it is necessary to make a deposit and arrive for classes at the beginning of the semester.

St Wilfrid's School is considered a non-selective school, with new students being admitted as spaces become available in classes and on a first-come, first-served basis. The school has limited places for children who require additional support in developing numeracy and literacy skills.
