High school students receive college counseling through small-group advisory sessions and individual meetings, with support for applications and college selection. The ESOL team assesses each student’s English proficiency during orientation and uses the results to create an individual language-support plan.

The placement of boarders is organized in an elite residence near the educational building. Students live in Rancho Solano in 2-4-bed rooms with private facilities. In the residence on the floors there are kitchens, rest rooms. Laundry services are also available. Educational supervision in the residence is carried out in the 24/7 mode. The students can apply for help to adults at any time.

Board meals are provided for a full board. The menu in the dining room of the boarding school offers international cuisine. Also in the Private School Rancho Solano offers vegetarian, diet food. Accommodation on campus is available for children from 9th grade, for an earlier age it is necessary to live with parents and relatives.

• At Greenway Campus, students from Pre-K through Grade 3 can join soccer, chess, yoga, Spanish, dance, art, and cooking activities. Clubs and sports rotate quarterly, and after-school care is available until 5:30 p.m.,
• at Pima Campus, students in Grades 4–5 can join clubs and intramural sports, with after-school care available until 5:30 p.m. Depending on student interest, intramural sports may include basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, track and field, and cross-country,
• the middle school sports program has three seasonal sessions, usually with two practices and one game per week. No students are cut from middle school teams, so anyone interested can try a sport,

• Rancho Solano is the only private school in Greater Phoenix authorized to offer the IB Diploma Program,

Students has everything necessary for creative and physical development. The educational building is very well equipped with multimedia and special equipment for the audience, computer classes, scientific laboratories. The school has a library with a rich selection of printed, electronic teaching aids. Mugs, sports sections have everything necessary for interesting studying. In general, education in Rancho Solano, like in other schools of the Meritas network, can be called high-tech.

The school year at Rancho Solano is divided into two semesters. High school students may enroll throughout the academic year.

A typical weekday for a boarding student begins with breakfast between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. Students travel to school from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. and attend classes from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After-school activities or free time run from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by study time from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Students wind down until 10:00 p.m., when quiet time and lights-out begin.

The nonrefundable financial aid application fee is 53 dollars.

Applicants to Grades 1–2 complete a one-hour in-person school assessment, while applicants to Grades 3–5 take the ISEE,
• applicants to Grades 2–5 must attend a shadow day on campus. A virtual interview may be arranged for students who live outside Arizona,
• middle and high school applicants must provide a birth certificate or passport, immunization records, a report card for the first semester of the current school year, final report cards from the previous two school years, a recent writing sample, and recommendations from their mathematics teacher, English teacher, and an administrator,
• middle and high school applicants take the ISEE. An English proficiency test may replace the ISEE for students whose first language is not English,
• applicants to Grades 6–12 are encouraged to attend a shadow day. An interview may be arranged for applicants who cannot visit the campus.
