Description of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP)

The Haim Weisman Research Institute is located in Rehovot, near the capital of Israel, Tel Aviv. Weizmann Institute of Science was opened in 1934 and named in honor of its founder, world famous chemist, Chaim Weisman.

The research institute named after Chaim Weisman specializes in programs for teaching masters and doctors of science. That is, the difference between this institution and others is that it enables not only to get a prestigious higher education, but also to conduct postgraduate research.

The most popular areas of the university are:

This educational institution is a huge complex, its branches are located on the territory of about 100 hectares. The main emphasis in education is on scientific activity and the development of science as a whole.

A peculiarity of the Institute is a physicochemical laboratory of unusual shape, which reaches a length of 20 meters and is made of white stone. This is the Koffler Particle Acceleration Laboratory. Also on the territory there are about 100 sculptures and monuments that visually demonstrate the laws of physics and chemistry with the natural environment of man.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

Education at the Weisman Institute is free. In addition, students are paid a scholarship for diligent studies, which ranges from 1500 USD to 2000 USD per month. The institute also practices a loan for living on campus.

To enter the Weisman Institute, you must have high marks in the diploma of the previous educational institution (above the average). The basis for admission is the applicant's application, which will be considered by the commission for admission. Diploma of completion and identity card (passport) should be provided in two languages - Hebrew and English. Priority language of instruction is English (upon admission a certified confirmation of fluency in the language will be required).

Upon admission, testing will be offered, in order to identify abilities for logical, analytical and mathematical thinking. All of the above criteria are necessary to determine whether the applicant is suitable for this institution.
