Review about Norquest College

Serena Werbowy
(31.08.2021)
First off I have no problems with most of the teachers all the teachers I had were great. HOWEVER the problem I have had is with the communication and organization of the enrollment and navigation and financial staff. If you ask for help with enrolling good luck the best I got was a picture of my program courses and a picture of the enroll button they didn't take the time to explain where to even find it, I had to ask for help from a friend in a different college. Another problem is if your asking for help with student loans or information that is wanted for the student loans, you won't get help. I asked for months for help and never got it, I asked for specific information that was request by the government and the registration office denied me MY information, information on my course and myself. I finally got an approved loan but the school finally messaged saying oh well your not enrolled in the fall term so your basically out of luck, if you don't need the loan anymore call a number to have it canceled...... of Course I needed the loan I wouldn't have asked for one if I didn't need it. Problem 3 is they don't answer their emails or if they do its 2 weeks later, but we get loads of emails saying they care about the students mental health, I call bull on that after the year and a half I went through. They also don't answer their phones when you try to call for help or call back if you leave a message or if they do its a few days later. I have never taken anti depressants or anti anxiety medication before enrolling in this school. I'm now on both. Would I recommend this school for anyone else NO!!!!!
