MITU-MASI is also a higher educational institution, which in 2016 was able to combine three universities at once:

  1. Moscow University of Public Administration,
  2. Moscow Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering,

The university is one of the youngest and most dynamic educational institutions in Russia. MITU-MASI has valid licenses and state accreditation for programs of higher, secondary vocational and additional education.

The organization of the educational process at the university for the main educational programs is regulated by the educational program and the schedule of students' classes. The schedule of lectures is drawn up for the course and is based on the semester system.

MITU-MASI has three educational buildings located in different districts of the city of Moscow. Classrooms are equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances for conducting full-fledged lectures with practical tasks. Specialized classes are equipped for each direction of study.

At the disposal of the university there is a library, two sports complexes, an open sports stadium, a dining room and a medical center.

Admission dates and extra charges

The academic year at the university is divided as standard into 2 semesters, each of which ends with an examination session. Holidays 2 times a year: winter (duration 2 weeks) and summer (2 months).

The main expenses during the period of study at MITU-MASI will be housing payment (for nonresident students) and travel from one academic building to another. According to statistics, the average cost of a one-room apartment in Moscow is 30,000-38,000  rubles per month.

Enrolment process

Applicants can submit documents to the admission committee from April 1 to July 25 inclusive. When passing internal tests, the applicant must submit documents no later than July 19. The applicant must submit the following documents to the admissions office:

  • Application for admission;
  • Document on education (certificate or diploma);
  • Identity and citizenship document (passport);
  • 2 photos (size 3cm×4cm);
  • Documents confirming individual achievements;
  • Documents confirming the rights to benefits and other special rights;
  • Results of the Unified State Exam or internal written testing.

Documents can be submitted in person to the admissions office of the university or remotely.
