Midland State University is located on the campuses of Gweru, Gwishawan and Mutara. Students and graduate students live in a residence in rooms of different comforts, from 1 to 5 people in a room. Dormitories on campuses are separate - male and female.
The main campus of the university is located in Gweru - the administrative and industrial center of the Midlands province is located in central Zimbabwe. The railway connects it with all the major cities of the country, with the Indian Ocean. Gweru has an international airport.
The university plans to build another campus for the faculty of law, for which a site has already been acquired. In addition to dormitories, campuses have classrooms, laboratories, libraries, which are equipped with modern equipment on each campus.
