Enrolment process

The admission process at Long Road Sixth Form College is quite simple and straightforward:

  2. Notification of Decision. At the end of the video interview, the candidate will be informed of the final decision (within a few days). If the application is approved, the college will provide an acceptance letter, which will be required to obtain a visa.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

To enrol in A-level courses, you must score 5 points in 5 subjects, including English and Mathematics (these subjects are considered core and are always required).

For general applied courses such as BTEC and OCR Cambridge Technicals, the requirements are slightly different, with a score of 5 in just 4 subjects, including English. It is important to note that the requirements may be a bit lenient compared to A-level, but applicants must still demonstrate their competence in their chosen subjects.

When choosing a course, students should take into account that some subjects may have higher requirements, which may imply the need for more points or higher grades.
