What is the protocol for medical emergencies, and are there medical professionals on-site?
We have a designated medical team and facilities to handle emergencies. All staff members are trained in basic first aid, and we have protocols in place for contacting medical professionals and parents in case of an emergency.
Educational process
Students in language classes are grouped by proficiency level, with no more than seven students per teacher. International, multilingual staff support campers who are not yet fluent in English.
The counselor-to-camper ratio is 1:7, while the overall staff-to-camper ratio is 1:2.

Accommodation, meals, prices
Campers stay in shared four-bed rooms with en suite bathrooms. Boys and girls stay on separate floors or in separate buildings.
Full board includes four meals per day. Campers receive hot meals and three-course dinners. With advance notice, the kitchen can accommodate allergies and provide vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, kosher, and gluten-free meals, as well as meals without pork, dairy, or lactose.
Bed linen is changed weekly.

Activities Les Elfes International Verbier Winter camp for children
Extracurricular program is primarily winter sports. In the resort the whole season is snowy. The school offers winter sports training in an intercultural environment. Students of all ages are offered 3 - 6 hours of sports every day, except Sundays. The most popular in the camp are snowboarding and ski lessons. Also, foreign students can learn how to drive a sleigh on downhill slopes, skate.
Sports programs are divided into levels. Beginners ride on special gentle slopes. Classes are held in mini-groups under the guidance of an instructor. Training takes about a week. At the end of the course beginners can confidently stand on skis or snowboard, ride on the main trails of the Verbier zone.
Snowboarders and skiers of the middle level are also offered a specialized program. For them, there are briefings, demo lessons. Blue and red descents are available in the Verbier zone for mid-level athletes. At the end of the course skiers are allowed to ski on the black slopes.
A dynamic recreation awaits the athletes of the advanced level. For them the most difficult trails of the skiing area are open. In classes with an instructor, athletes can learn new elements, for example, threading techniques or dynamic short turns.
The excursion part of the program in Verbier includes many directions and routes. For international students, one excursion is provided for a full day a week and a few for half a day. Guests of Switzerland can visit a chocolate factory and a cheese factory, churches, museums, see the splendor of winter Geneva, get to know more closely with Zurich.
You will not be bored on campus either. For foreign students are organized evening entertainment. Their format can be different, from a barbecue to a theatrical show.

Facilities and equipment at Les Elfes International Verbier Winter camp for children
The Les Elfes campus in Verbier consists of two purpose-built chalets with a combined capacity of 180 campers. The chalets are in peaceful green surroundings, a five-minute walk from the center of Verbier.
The reception hall is staffed at all times. The campus has a library, games hall, cinema, pool table, and piano. The ski room contains skis, snowboards, helmets, boots, and poles.
Sports facilities include a soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts, a trampoline, indoor and outdoor ping-pong tables, and climbing walls.
The campus has extensive camera surveillance. A night guard is on duty, and a nurse is available on-site.
Admission dates and extra charges
The winter season runs from early December to the end of April. Drop-off is available throughout the day, preferably after 3:00 PM. Departure is best scheduled before 12:00 PM.
A non-refundable deposit of CHF 1,000 is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due one month before arrival and can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. If a visa is denied, the deposit is refunded after Les Elfes receives a letter from the embassy confirming the refusal.
Additional services available for an extra charge include:

- cancellation insurance,
- paragliding, selected workshops, and professional photography.
Under the Les Elfes cancellation policy, campers may receive reimbursement of the camp cost minus the deposit if the camper becomes ill, has an accident, or a close family member dies. The policy applies until 24 hours before the first day of camp, and the reason for cancellation must be documented.
