GITR was established on April 5, 1994. The institute teaches how to shoot, edit, write texts and scripts, sound and music, draw, create scenery and computer graphics, promote and sell your product. Training takes place as part of film crews both at our own studio and on federal and regional channels.

Facilities and equipment at Institute of Film and Television, GITR
The process of formation of GITR is carried out in an educational building equipped with classrooms, a cinema hall and a film pavilion. The offices have the necessary equipment: mobile boards, a projector, a DVD player, a speaker system, a PC with modern software, a projection screen, TVs, etc.
Students are given free access to the library with a reading room.

At GITR, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
