Genius English Proficiency Academy (GEPA)

The only multinational school on the island of Cebu, which is really on the beach. Educational courses are offered to foreign students, as follows:

• General English;
• Business English;
• IELTS;
• TOEIC;
• TOEFL.

Our school is one of the youngest in Cebu, but it has the most awards, one of the most valuable is "PEOPLE'S CHOICE" - we have the largest percentage of students who return to us for continuing education.

The educational system is based on an individual approach to the student - education goes one-on-one with the teacher, which improves the assimilation of the material and gives the fastest and most qualitative result, because the student does not have the opportunity to "disconnect" from the lesson and not to learn the material.

In addition to the Philippine teachers, our Academy also employs teachers from America, Australia, Canada and other countries for which English is the mother tongue. All group sessions are conducted exclusively by native speakers, groups of no more than 8 people.

We are the only school that, if you wish, gives lessons one-on-one with a foreign teacher.

In addition, we appreciate and encourage the individual skills of our teachers. Thus, each teacher specializes precisely on that subject, which he really loves, whether it is grammar, reading, writing or special direction.

Our students are really a multinational group, at the moment we have representatives from more than 10 countries (Brazil, France, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Mongolia). We clearly monitor the number of representatives of each country, so we are kind of "forcing" students to communicate in general English in their spare time and during various evening activities, which are absolutely free for students.

We are the only school on the island of Cebu, which is really at sea. As the school is based on the territory of the resort, our students enjoy its beach. In the sea you can swim, the entrance to it is sandy and gently sloping. Also in the territory there are 3 large swimming pools and equipped area around them.

Our school is located less than 20 minutes drive from the international airport Mactan-Cebu International Airport on the resort island of Mactan. Mactan Island is one of the most popular among tourists, as it has a large number of resorts with good beaches, restaurants offering cuisine from around the world, all kinds of tourist attractions and supermarkets. Mactan is a satellite island connected to Cebu by two motorways bridges, which allows free access to the city center of Cebu.

The city of Cebu offers entertainment even for the most demanding. Numerous bars, clubs, restaurants will not leave indifferent fans of entertainment. For fans of shopping - shopping malls, where you can find products for every taste and prosperity.

Genius English Academy provides spacious (from 28 to 48 sq.m.) single, double, triple and several quadruple rooms with a view from the window to the panorama of the city or the sea, absolutely every room has:

• 80% of the rooms are equipped with a kitchen.

Living in Genius English Academy, all our students can use the following services:

Absolutely all of our infrastructure is in the same building - no need to travel anywhere in the transport. If you just go outside the school and you can take advantage of the entire city infrastructure in walking distance (two large supermarkets, massage parlors, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.)

In the evenings there are various activities (zumba - twice a week, karaoke, dance competition, days of different nationalities, volleyball tournaments, welcome party, graduation party), all these events are free and very close to students from different countries.

Plus on weekends we organize field trips, because on Cebu and the nearest islands a bunch of entertainment options is offered for every taste (swimming with sharks, island hopping, etc.)

• The school is located on the beach - there is a beach and swimming pools on the territory, rooms with panoramic sea views.
• Visa-free country for citizens of the Russian Federation (after 30 days of stay there is a simple extension procedure on behalf of the school)
• Teaching staff - in the Philippines only our school has 4 foreign teachers (representatives from USA, Australia and Canada).
• We are the only school that gives one-to-one lessons with a foreign teacher (aviation courses and business English). All our teachers are certified.

All our classrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning system.

Separate classrooms for individual classes and  group lessons are provided - what you need for effective and comfortable education.

On the school territory you will find everything you need for rest after lesson. Visit our gym, outdoor zumba, volleyball tournament, swimming pools, spa, beach. All this will help you to relax and rest, or on the contrary, to recharge your batteries and gain strength for the next school day.

If you prefer a more "home" option for recreation, our spacious rooms (from 28 to 48 sq.m.) will suit your taste. Our accommodation differs significantly from the location of other schools: the rooms are spacious, each room has a balcony with chairs and a table, a separate sitting area (sofa, armchairs), refrigerator, 80% of rooms are equipped with a kitchen, and cooking tiles are in each room.

• Additional fee for visa fees, while in the Philippines for more than a month (registration is on behalf of the school)
