All Fife College campuses are home to dining halls serving quality hot and cold meals, including full meals, take-out snacks, and snacks from morning to lunch. Also in the immediate vicinity of some campuses are Costa Coffee coffee shops, where you can buy  specialty coffee and seasonal drinks, sandwiches, soups, cakes and scones.

Activities Fife College

Facilities and equipment at Fife College

Fife College has 5 modern campuses in different parts of the city:

  • Dunfermline Campus is located on the eastern outskirts of the city, just a five-minute drive from the center, which has excellent transport links. Here, the student is given the opportunity to visit the college restaurant, take up their favorite hobby and relax.
  • Glenrothes Campus is home to students studying a wide range of courses, including engineering, civil engineering, and science.
  • Kirkcaldy Campus is ideally located within walking distance of the city's bus and train stations. The campus has its own library, clinical skills center, lecture hall, and study rooms.
  • Levenmouth Campus – officially opened in 2016. On campus, students are offered a range of career-focused courses including: Engineering, Culinary Arts and Hospitality, Tourism, Events and Customer Service, and Childcare.
  • Rosyth Campus is located on the shipyard grounds, in the Firth of Forth. The campus is recognised as one of the largest and best-equipped of its kind in Scotland, with 10,000 sqm of purpose-built learning facilities dedicated to mechanical engineering and renewable energy.

Fife College's libraries are located in Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy, and students also have access to an electronic library database.

The campuses have quiet study areas and rooms for group work that can be booked, and there is free access for students to computers and Wi-Fi.

The academic year at Fife College runs from September to July. It is divided into 3 trimesters: the first and second are separated by the Christmas holidays, the second and third are Easter.
