École Ducasse, a French culinary school, is opening an Egyptian branch in the country's capital with the support of Reliance Egypt. École Ducasse in Cairo will welcome its first students by the end of 2025.
In the branch of the French Higher School, international students will be able to take courses for novice chefs or improve their skills in continuing educational programs for pastry chefs. Students will have a choice of both full-fledged programs and short-term courses, a series of master classes and practical classes.
By the way, about practice: to practice theoretical knowledge, École Ducasse Cairo will be equipped with kitchens with modern appliances, pastry laboratories and areas for exhibition and tasting of dishes. Classes for student chefs and confectioners will be conducted by both theoretical teachers and practicing chefs of local and global scale.
