Ecole D'Ingenieurs Engineering School (ECE) in Bordeaux is one of the leading engineering schools located in Bordeaux. The institution also has campuses in Lyon and Paris. The school belongs to a large-scale educational network, which also includes institutions that teach students in the fields of business, management, politics and law, communications. The education at ECE is built on the basis of innovative technologies, computer science and engineering.

The Bordeaux campus is the youngest among ECE engineering schools. It opened in February 2022, and currently provides students with a completely new infrastructure, equipment and conditions for both study and personal development.

From September 2022, bachelor's students are accepted to the study area in Bordeaux, but only for one year. In 2023-2024, it is planned to introduce a full undergraduate course in order for students to complete their studies in Bordeaux without transferring to the Paris campus.

ECE pupils and students of the nearest schools that are part of a single educational network can use the campuses of the institution together, creating common projects and participating in extracurricular activities. Students can attend more than a dozen open student communities on various topics: science and technology, art, sports, ecology and much more. On a regular basis, master classes and seminars are held in the conference halls with invited specialists from different fields, which highlight important topics for the effective and step-by-step development of students.

Project incubators allow students to implement any ideas, providing assistance from teachers and multifunctional equipment.

Leisure activities on campus include sports competitions, music concerts, dances and themed parties. Not only ECE students can participate in them, but also students of neighboring institutions.

In Bordeaux, ECE has two places on which academic buildings are built. Undergraduate students study on the banks of the Garonne in several one-story buildings and on the adjacent dock grounds, and also visit the spacious campus in the historic district of Les Chartons. In total, the school occupies 12,000 sq.m. Modern equipment of the campus allows students to effectively assimilate academic material and devote a sufficient amount of time to their interests:

Requirements for applicants to programs in ECE:

• Personal documents: a copy of passport or identity card,
• Passport-size photographs,
• A resume describing academic achievements, goals, and personal interests,
• Diploma of the previous level of education with an evaluation transcript,
• Motivation letter, which describes the desire to study at ECE,
• The program of the current academic year, if it is not completed, or the last completed course,
• Certificate of knowledge of English or French: English (IELTS from 6.0 points or TOEFL from 83), French (level B2 in one of the tests: TCF, TEF, DELF, DALF).

Bachelor's programs are taught entirely in French.

Scholarships are awarded to those students who received excellent grades in the final transcript of the academic year. Awards are awarded annually.

Also, foreign students have access to state support and the Erasmus + program, which covers part of the costs of studying in France.
