Bedes Summer School in 2017 celebrated its 25th anniversary, and all this time it provides students with an amazing linguistic, social and cultural experience.

Today, Bede's educates more than 1800 students from 6 to 20 years old from about 50 countries, offers a fully inclusive summer program with placement in 7 beautiful boarding schools and universities in southeastern England in July and August.

Every day, students participate in a carefully planned curriculum in English, sports, entertainment, evening entertainment, excursions that improve English and communication skills, develop interpersonal, social skills.

Bedes Handcross Summer School offers boys and girls in separate bedrooms for 3-6 students. Students share their bedroom with children of the same age from different countries, which helps them communicate, speak English, and make friends. Bathrooms are located on each floor and are shared. Bede employees live in the same boarding houses as students, staff is available for students around the clock. Each house has a teacher who is responsible for organizational issues, provides comfort and well-being. A common room with a TV, books and board games is open during your free time.

Meals are included in the price of the weekly package:

• Healthy and wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday

• Vegetarian option, special menu for students with food intolerances, religious restrictions
• Two options for hot dishes and a salad bar.

Bede's menu is a mixture of typical English and international cuisine, and the availability of other food is a great opportunity to try new, typically English dishes, to get acquainted with the culinary traditions of other countries. On excursion days, students are offered a packed lunch / dinner: a sandwich, roll or roll (for example, cheese and ham, chicken salad, tuna and sweetcorn), a snack (for example, a cereal bar), fruit and a drink.

Bedes Handcross Summer School offers a rich program of extracurricular activities that allow you to continue studying outside the classroom, play sports or have fun.

• Every evening, a program of activities is offered to help camp participants make new friends and develop social skills and work out language skills in real speech situations. Types of entertainment: African drums, dances, karaoke, mini-olympiad, music quiz, pantomime, talent show, treasure hunt.
• Excursions are a mandatory part of the program: attractions, shops, entertainment centers.
• Trips on Wednesdays - evening trips or half-day trips: visiting local attractions, nearby cities, country parks, a forest, a museum, a pier, a master class in pottery painting, trampolining.
• Saturday excursions are full-day trips that include cultural, tourist or leisure trips to London or sightseeing.
• Sunday excursions - trips to the local seaside city, Brighton or Portsmouth, where students can walk along the beach, dine in the park or shop.

• Bedes Handcross Summer School provides participants with the opportunity to develop academic, social and personal skills, ensures that each student improves their English skills, understanding of different cultures.
• The center is located in the south-east of England and offers accommodation in beautiful places on excellent conditions. The optimal ratio of teachers and students allows you to be attentive to each student.

Bedes Handcross Summer offers students well-equipped classrooms and leisure facilities. The school has everything necessary for leisure, sports and a comfortable stay:

The center is open for 6 weeks, from early July to mid-August. Students can arrive any Sunday and depart any Saturday.

Recommended minimum stay is 2 weeks. The optimal duration of the programs is 3-4 weeks.

A 10% discount is provided on the weekly cost of the package for stays of 5 weeks or longer.
