Nonresident full-time students are provided with two dormitories for 608 places. The cost of living is up to 1200 rubles per month.
For meals for students and staff, the educational organization has a canteen for 600 seats.

At BSAF, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after which students are given a vacation (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

For admission to BSAF, you must provide:

Perspectives
The BSAF successfully operates the Center for Assistance in Employment.
Cadets of marine specialties undergo swimming practice on the world-famous historical ships "Sedov" and "Kruzenshtern". Many graduates of the academy make brilliant managerial careers: among them are captains and chiefs of services in the fleet, heads of coastal enterprises, entrepreneurs, politicians.

For admission to bachelor's and specialist's educational programs, an applicant must:
