Review about Amerigo Los Angeles

(06.02.2022)
We learned about Bishop Montgomery School in Los Angeles thanks to an international education fair. There we met the school's representative. At that time, we were looking for a school for our daughter after 9th grade. She dreamed of the USA, but honestly, we were afraid to send her so far away alone, especially since we had no experience with studying abroad. But the school's representative, Svetlana, managed to dispel our doubts: we were assured that child safety is the top priority, and vaping and alcohol lead to immediate expulsion. Later we read reviews on English-language websites — indeed, everyone talked about how comfortable and safe the school is. The admission process took us about 3 weeks. Thanks to Smart Products and Services staff member Yulia, we were able to prepare the documents quickly, and she also helped us fill out the school applications. Our daughter is now in her second year of study. We are so glad we sent her to the USA after all. It really is her environment. The school has very caring counselors who help international students, lots of sports and clubs. A wide selection of AP subjects.

Great job of your staff regarding enrollment for a boarding school in LA.

I thank my manager Ilia for the impeccable work! It's nice to deal with a professional! She did everything perfectly, all the issues were dealt with thoroughly, nothing was left without attention. Human attitude — and human gratitude for the care and attention to the students (and to me in particular).

My son studied at BM for 2 years. We transferred him from a Canadian school because he wanted to apply to universities in California and wanted to be closer and have the opportunity to visit the universities he was interested in. BM is a great place for students who really want to gain knowledge and get into a good university. They organized campus tours for us to visit universities, special thanks to the school administration for that. The school is quite large — over 1000 students. There are really many clubs and sections; if a child wants to get involved in extracurricular activities, there's always an opportunity to do so. There are many motivated kids and healthy competition, yet our son never felt uncomfortable or pressured. An excellent place to study. Great basketball program and a fantastic, extensive STEM curriculum.

I graduated from this school last year. I liked that I had good relationships with many of my teachers in high school. The teachers really care about the students, I never noticed any discrimination or aggression from them. Even if a student completely didn't understand the material, they were never bullied or ignored, but rather they tried to help! The school has excellent academic counselors, they helped me choose universities and submit applications.

We were choosing a school for our 15-year-old child. Admission was planned after 9th grade from a specialized school. Our son was interested in computer science, so we considered schools with strong computer science programs. During a consultation at the Smart Products and Services agency, they suggested we consider several options, including Bishop Montgomery. We liked this school the most because they offered a separate computer science elective with a curriculum that suited us. Our son has been studying at the school since August. He really likes the teachers and the campus. The school also offers good additional English language support, which they adapt and adjust as his level improves.
