Summer camp participants reside in residences on the Vanderbilt campus. The university has 31 residential buildings; room assignments are made at registration. Round-the-clock supervision is provided by qualified staff, ensuring the safety of underage participants.

Meals are organized in campus cafes and dining halls: there are a grill, a salad bar, chef's table dishes, food trucks, and a cafe with international cuisine. The menu is reviewed by a certified dietitian; vegetarian and dietary options are available.

Foreign teenagers in the evenings after classes and on weekends visit the Nashville Parthenon, immerse themselves in the atmosphere of nature at Radnor Lake State Park, learn about the rich musical history of Nashville at the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium concert hall and RCA Studio B, where the great Elvis Presley regularly recorded. In addition, they visit the Nashville Zoo — one of the best places for outdoor walks in the city! Other entertainment formats in the city include visiting Centennial Park and dining at Grins — Nashville's oldest vegetarian and certified kosher restaurant.

Various entertainment activities are also available to students on the Vanderbilt University campus: from movie nights to quizzes and board game tournaments. There are 50+ sculptures on the campus, which are located outdoors throughout the university grounds. There is even an art gallery here! Foreign students can visit the Rand terraces, the alumni lawn, and the Wyatt staircase.

Vanderbilt University Summer Camp provides international students with exclusive access to university-level faculty, laboratories and equipment.

The package of services includes:

• Tuition fee,
• Use of the university infrastructure,

• Three meals a day from Monday to Friday and two meals a day on Sunday; no meals are provided on Saturdays due to excursions and events,
• Extracurricular activities and trips outside the campus every day after lunch, in the evening and on weekends,

Additional expenses include:

• Completed registration form and payment of the registration fee.

Vanderbilt University offers a broad financial support system for undergraduate students. The Opportunity Vanderbilt program covers 100% of each family's demonstrated financial need without loans; families with income up to $150,000 receive a full tuition scholarship.

Three named scholarships are available to undergraduate applicants: the Ingram Scholars Program, the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship, and the Chancellor's Scholarship, each of which covers the full cost of tuition for up to 8 semesters and includes funding for research, study abroad, and creative projects. In addition, the university offers a limited number of additional merit scholarships starting at $8,000 per year.

For graduate students, annual investment in expanded doctoral funding amounts to $5 million. The Experience Vanderbilt program allocated nearly $800,000 in the 2024–2025 academic year to support student participation in campus activities.
