Kansas State University Salina Aerospace and Technology Campus (K-Salina) is one of the educational territories of Kansas State University, offering more than 25 US higher education programs in the fields of aerospace technology and aviation.
The American university itself was founded in 1965, and its K-Salina technology campus was founded in 1991 by merging with another institution in the state of Kansas. Since its opening, the training area has been in demand among local and international students: about 85% of students come from different parts of the state to receive high-quality engineering education.
K-Salina provides students not only with a modern vision of scientific fields and high-quality knowledge transfer from qualified teachers, but also with an extensive range of equipment for obtaining practical skills. The infrastructure of the campus is in many ways superior to other aerospace technology institutions, thanks to which the university is regularly present in international and national rankings.
Students studying here receive a variety of additional services, ranging from assistance in finding third-party housing, the process of adaptation, and ending with extracurricular development activities, scholarships, internship and employment opportunities.
What advice do you have for potential applicants before applying to US universities?
Choose a university that really suits you - do not try to "adjust" yourself to a prestigious or ranked university. If you are not sure of your capabilities, do not dwell on the first top 10: believe me, many opportunities of less prestigious universities will be able to give you what you need to develop and become a specialist.
