Students from many countries come to Bradfield College to study this summer course. Thanks to a special program developed by PGA professional and head golf coach Simon McGreal, golf training is great for both beginners and advanced players. Sports classes take place on the 9-hole course and other grounds on the college campus and take 26 hours a week.
A competition day is held weekly at the local golf club, which the pupils of the program love to attend. Advanced players enjoy an 18-hole round, while beginners train on a specialized court.
Golf classes include core skills development, technique correction and self-assessment using a golf performance studio with Trackman 4 technology. Young players undergo tests, exercises and professional play, learning how to effectively control shots on the field.
In addition to active sports training, the program includes seminars that introduce children to topics such as tactical thinking, etiquette on the field, proper nutrition and physical fitness.

Language classes are included in the program in the amount of 13-14 hours per week and are aimed at developing reading, writing, grammar, speaking and listening skills. Students will improve their vocabulary and gain confidence in using English in everyday life, as most of the lessons are built in a communicative format: students talk a lot, discussing their interests, academic subjects, movies and books, computer games and much more.
The summer course consists not only of effective training of young golfers and those wishing to improve their English language skills, but also of a variety of entertainment: excursions and evening activities on campus.
