International Foundation

The annual International Foundation course helps foreign students adapt to a new education system and improve their language and academic skills. The curricula for each program will include specialized subjects, learning skills seminars, and English lessons led by experienced native teachers.

International Year One

The International Year One courses are aimed at preparing foreign students who are not yet ready for direct admission to a bachelor's degree program. Two program formats are available at MMU:

  • Standard — students will attend classes at the college, taught by university lecturers, and upon completion, if they pass all required modules, will transfer to the second year of their chosen university,
  • Integrated — students will apply through the International College. After enrollment, they will begin their first year at the university, attending lectures, seminars and consultations, receiving additional academic and language support.

The curricula are practically no different from each other — high-quality preparation will help students enter the second year of a bachelor's degree program after successfully completing the course.
