Spring Spanish
Spring Spanish course allows you to provide work with qualified specialist teachers. Students are grouped according to their language level, the maximum class size is 7 students per teacher. 3 types of programs are available:
- Conversational;
- Intensive;
- Private.
Each course meets the established criteria for the level of language proficiency with detailed certificates and a portfolio of works that students can take with them.
- Conversation course - an interactive program designed to master the communicative aspect of the language. The course includes 8 hours per week, 4 sessions of 2 hours.
- Intensively combines the study of spoken Spanish, reading, writing skills, includes 15 hours of studying (weeks). The program is ideal for students preparing for the exam or wanting to quickly, comprehensively develop language skills in a week. The course includes 5 sessions of 3 hours + activities in the afternoon.
- Individual Spanish is for students who want to go one-on-one. It can be added to one of the other courses or selected as a separate one, it includes any number of hours per week. The content of the program is flexible, it is an excellent course for students with specific educational goals.

Les Elfes Spring Camp combines outdoor activities with personal development.
Every spring camp has a nurse, a receptionist, and a night guard. Together with the counselors, they provide 24-hour supervision.
Educational process
In summer, campers are grouped by age. In winter, they are grouped by skiing or snowboarding level. Language students are grouped by proficiency, with a maximum of seven students per teacher.
Language courses follow set proficiency criteria. Students receive a detailed certificate and a portfolio of their work. The international and multilingual staff support campers who are not fluent in English.

Accommodation, meals, prices
The price of the spring session includes accommodation in shared rooms with private bathrooms and full board with four meals per day.
With advance notice, the kitchen can accommodate allergies, medical restrictions, and vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, and kosher diets. Fresh fruit and light snacks are provided daily. Bed linens are changed weekly.
Subjects and sports
Activities Les Elfes Spring Camp
The spring program is divided into weekly blocks. One of them provides a rest in Zermatt. Here students can ride on the slopes of various levels of complexity, engage in snowboarding, practice flat skiing. The Matterhorn Glacier is a year-round skiing area. Winter sports are available here not only in April-May, but also in the summer. The sports program in Zermatt includes 6 hours of classes with a ski instructor or snowboarder every day.
The sports program in Verbier is also multifaceted. Here the students of the spring camp are offered hiking, horse riding, rock climbing, swimming, water skiing, tennis, golf, team games with the ball.
Also the out-of-class program includes a lot of excursions. Students of the camp visit Geneva, Bern, Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey. Trips to the cheese factory, chocolate factory are organized. Also children and teenagers can get acquainted with the sights of Verbier, Zermatt. Provided for the program and tours of Europe. Students can visit Italy, France.
Entertaining activities within the extracurricular program include all kinds of quizzes, competitions, discos, karaoke, theatrical shows. Students can not miss the evenings.
The daily routine
The Spring camp Les Elfes has a flexible schedule. So, sports classes take place in the morning and in the afternoon. English lessons are included in the general program, most often planned for the first half of the day.
Advantages
- The counselor-to-student ratio is 1:7, and the ratio of all Les Elfes staff to students is 1:2,
- All staff must have a valid first aid certificate and a current criminal background check before beginning training at Les Elfes,
- Every activity undergoes a risk assessment. For higher-risk activities, Les Elfes also works with qualified professional mountain guides and instructors.
Facilities and equipment at Les Elfes Spring Camp
Les Elfes owns two chalets in Verbier with a combined capacity of 180 participants. They are in quiet, green surroundings, a five-minute walk from the center of Verbier.
The chalets have a permanently staffed reception hall, two spacious dining rooms, an open-plan living room, a library, a game room, and a cinema. Both buildings have professionally equipped kitchens.
The ski room is equipped with skis, snowboards, helmets, boots, and poles.
Admission dates and extra charges
A nonrefundable deposit of CHF 1,000 is required to reserve a place. The remaining balance is due one month before arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Optional services available for an additional charge include:
- transfers to and from Geneva Airport,
- conversational classes in English, French, German, Spanish, or Mandarin,
- personal laundry,
- cancellation insurance,
- a paragliding flight.
