Standard English course
Short information about a general language course for students wishing to improve their skills in an English-speaking environment.
The program provides for a complete immersion in the language environment. Students learn English in class and improve their skills during sports, out-of-class entertainment, sightseeing. The emphasis in learning process is on communicative English. But the academic program is not limited to the development of speech. Students at the lessons study vocabulary, grammar, practice in listening, reading, writing.

- The result of the studying: improving communicative English, getting acquainted with the most interesting and significant sights of Britain.

The price includes testing to determine the level of English proficiency, studying (materials are provided), residence, food, insurance (tourist, medical), excursion support, transfer from and to the airport, LAL certificate.
Additional course "Goal!"
Short information about special course for those who want to get acquainted with British football.
The program is available to all students of the basic English course. It provides one excursion to the stadium in a week and 4 football exercises sessions. Additionally, students can visit the stadiums of Chelsea or Wembley.

- Start dates: 03.07 - 07.08.
- Requirements for enrollment: English - at the level of A1 and above.
- The result of the studying: improving the skills of playing football and spoken English.

Leadership Summer School

University Taster Summer School is a program that gives you the opportunity to "taste" the education in higher education in Britain. In 2 weeks, students will get acquainted with the English academic environment and universities, learn about the features of admission to universities and basic language requirements. In addition to studying, students are waiting for excursions and events. Program structure:

Description of LAL Brighton Summer Language Camp
LAL Brighton Summer Language Camp is a new summer camp in the UK. It opened its doors to students in 2015. LAL Brighton operates at the American Express Community Stadium. Within walking distance from the British language school there are the University of Brighton, University of Sussex. The first provides the students of the summer camp with a sports infrastructure for classes, the second - a residence.
LAL Brighton offers international students a combined English and football program. English lessons are taught by highly qualified native speakers. Classes are also led by respected athletes. A stay at LAL Brighton gives students an opportunity to improve their English, relax, have fun, make new friends, and get to know legends of British football.
LAL, short for Language and Leisure, is an international network of language schools. Its philosophy is expressed in the phrase "Unforgettable English, Unforgettable People, Unforgettable Experience." According to this approach, real-life learning continues to resonate after students finish their course. Accommodation, meals, prices
Students are offered accommodation in a residence on the campus of the University of Sussex. In the hostel, students are offered single rooms in small apartment blocks. Facilities are in general use at the rate of one sanitary room for 4 people. Also in the residence there are single rooms with bathrooms.
Meals for students are provided three times a day. The menu consists of traditional European dishes. By agreement, dietary, vegetarian meals are possible.
Subjects and sports
Activities LAL Brighton Summer Language Camp
The extracurricular program includes daytime and evening activities. Evening activities take place both at the summer camp and off-site. Students can take part in shows, parties, film screenings, discos, and other events. Afternoon options include sports, walks around Brighton, time at the beach, and shopping.
LAL also organizes exclusive activities that help students connect with one another. Teachers and staff join students for selected activities that are free or low-cost and give them opportunities to use English in real-life situations.
The program at LAL Brighton also includes excursions. Each week, students are offered 2 trips included in the course price. Additional excursions are available without a set limit. Popular destinations include:
- Tower of London and South Bank, a full-day excursion featuring some of the most interesting sights in the British capital,
- Canterbury, including a tour of historic sites, a visit to the cathedral, shopping, and other activities,
- Brighton Wheel, with a city tour lasting half a day,
- Toy Museum in Brighton, where students can see a unique collection of more than 10,000 exhibits from different eras,
- The Royal Pavilion, known as the "British Taj Mahal,"
- Portsmouth, with a half-day excursion to the naval port,
- Thorpe Park.
Students attending the summer camp can also visit famous museums in London, as well as Windsor and other places of interest.
Daily routine
Lessons at the school run until 12:00. After lunch, students are offered sports programs, entertainment, and excursions. Evening events begin at 19:00. On weekends, organized field trips usually last 5 to 9 hours, including travel time.
