Short information about vacation course for those who want to improve French and spend the summer in the Swiss Alps.
The language program lasting 2 - 5 weeks is available in two versions:
- Standard (15 hours or 20 lessons per week)
Students are engaged in French at least 3 hours daily, except for weekends.
- Intensive (25 lessons per week)
Lessons are held in small groups. The emphasis is on communication.
The program provides for the study of French vocabulary and grammar. Particular attention is paid to the perception of speech by ear and communication on specific topics.
- Requirements for enrollment: the level of French - A1 and higher.
- Learning outcomes: improving conversational skills, expanding the general vocabulary, the practice of communication in a language environment.
- Class size: up to 12 people.
- The length of the lesson: 45 minutes.
The price of the program includes:

Alpadia is a famous summer camp in the famous Montreux-Riviera resort area. The Alpacia Montreux language school is a step away from the waterfront of Lake Geneva. Also it is located near the station. But transport accessibility is not the only advantage of the summer camp.

Alpadia Montreux Summer Camp organizes accommodation for its students in host families. Teenagers live for 2 people in a room. Facilities, kitchen, recreation areas are shared. Meals in the family are provided on full board. In the menu there is European, French, Swiss cuisine. An additional advantage of family accommodation is an active language practice during after-hours.

Extensive extracurricular program is one of the advantages of Alpadia Montreux-Riviera. Outsourses are organized for students. Foreign students can get acquainted with the sights of Montreux itself, colorful Lausanne, visit the cheese and chocolate factory, stroll through the castle of Chillon, get adrenaline in the "Labyrinth of Adventures", have fun in the water park.
The sports part of the program is represented by football, volleyball, basketball. Also, students are offered swimming, badminton, ping-pong, mini-golf, floorball and handball. The program includes beach games on the shores of Lake Geneva, riding on catamarans, kayaks.
Additionally, paid sections are offered:
- water sports (skis, sailing),
- art of expression (acting skills, public appearances, etc.);
- creativity (visual art, design).
