The course combines both academic lessons and cultural and recreational activities to help international students learn more effectively and improve their English skills. This program is best suited for middle school students, but it will also be productive for older teenagers.
The maximum number of students in a study group is 15, but most often about 10 students study in one class. All of them attend general classes, which take 15 hours a week.
In their free time, students together with teachers visit local popular attractions, go on excursions to historical sites: such trips help foreign children and teenagers practice their speaking skills in everyday situations, for example, communicating with a guide or a souvenir seller.
The course accepts foreign students with starting language levels from A0 to C1 - there is a place for everyone!
Intensive Course: Conversation & Speaking Skills UK
- Age of students - from 14 to 17 years.
- The duration of studying is from 2 weeks.
The main task of the intensive course is to significantly improve and consolidate the language skills of foreign children and teenagers in a relatively short period of time. During their studies, students focus on four main skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students understand not only the formal aspects of the language, but also the informal ones: they learn to speak and think quickly and easily in English, to feel confident during conversations with teachers, classmates and locals.
The schedule includes 21 academic hours per week: 15 hours for general group lessons, 6 hours for specialized classes, making an emphasis on speaking skills. Up to 15 students study in a class at the same time, on average - up to 10 people.
