We value your trust and ensure transparent refund conditions for our clients. A refund is available in the following cases:
- Visa refusal: In case of student visa refusal and upon presentation of a copy of the official refusal on time, partner schools will refund prepaid tuition and/or accommodation fees — excluding non-refundable deposits, application, and registration fees, which are always stated in advance.
- Program cancellation: If a prepaid booking is cancelled and the educational institution is notified within the given timeframe, a refund will be provided according to the Terms and Conditions of the institution. Full details can be provided upon request when booking the program.
- Travel insurance coverage: The clients who have purchased travel insurance can receive a refund from the insurance company in case of visa rejection or hospitalization before departure.
